We provide non-medical, integrative support to those who are facing a terminal illness, their families and loved ones. We are committed to educating and inspiring people so that their end-of-life experience can be empowering and filled with love.

Services include: Legacy projects, advance care planning, vigil planning, MAID support, obituary development
Humanism
Humanism is a democratic and ethical view of life, which says that human beings have the right and responsibility to give meaning and shape to their own lives. It stands for the building of a more humane society through ethics based on human and other natural values, in the spirit of reason and free inquiry and using human capabilities. It does not believe in gods, nor accept supernatural explanations of reality.
About Us
Christine and Julia are Humanist Officiants, registered with the Ontario Humanist Society, licensed by the Registrar General of Ontario to perform legal, secular, non-religious wedding and funeral ceremonies in Ontario.
My name is Julia Bailey. When it comes to life celebrations, whether it be a wedding, a vow renewal or an end-of-life celebration, I believe that it should be a personalized, meaningful ceremony that will leave a wonderful lasting memory for you and your guests.

My name is Christine Ball, it is my desire to spread humanist values by supporting people through significant life changes. I will always strive to treat others with courtesy, dignity, respect and without prejudice. A humanist ceremony celebrates the joy and beauty of life that the humanist spirit affirms and has its roots in love, compassion and inclusivity.

As a Thana Doula my goal is to provide care from a Humanist perspective providing resources, compassion and authenticity to those at the end-of-life and their loved ones.
